nearest house to Dunskiag is a good half a mile away, so the seclusion
of the property is assured, yet it is a simple journey by bike or car
of just a few minutes to the local town of Aberfeldy giving the ideal
balance of seclusion but with the local town amenity of Aberfeldy.

Upstairs the second family bathroom has a bath with handheld shower, toilet and hand basin.
The 4 bedrooms are beautifully yet simply appointed:
B/R 1 - two single oak beds & chest of drawers.
B/R 2 - standard double oak bed with bedside tables, and with wardrobe and chest of drawers.
3 - this is a small single room with oak bunk beds and chest of
drawers. Conveniently it has a second door which leads into the master
bedroom (B/R 4) which is ideal for small children or can be kept closed
B/R 4 - this is the master bedroom with king sized oak bed with bedside tables, 2 chest of drawers and an oak wardrobe.
the property offers the most superb location for a holiday. It is
completely enclosed by a stone-dyke wall so is ideal if you want to
keep an eye on small children.
main outlook of the property is in the East-West directions along the
valley. From its elevated position you can enjoy marvellous views in
many directions observing with Glen Lyon and Ben Lawers mountains to
the west; Strathtay valley to the east and the River Tay meandering
along the valley floor itself.
These views can be enjoyed sitting in the garden or
if you prefer you can soak in the outdoor hot tub enjoying a cold glass
of wine, talking with your friends.

football or rounders. A basket is available in the farmhouse to collect
your fresh eggs from our chickens (if they have felt like laying!).
